Allington Playing Field Storage Facility

OPPORTUNITY TO QUOTE FOR THE REPLACEMENT BUILDING AT ALLINGTON PLAYING FIELD.

We would like to extend an invitation for you to quote for the construction of a replacement storage building at Allington Playing Field.

Phase 1

To partly remove some of the original footings and reconstruct footings.

To cast a slab over the remaining footings.

Construct a sloping slab to form ramp up to the front of the building.

Phase 2

To construct the shell of the building from Blocks. Two courses with cavity.

(An opportunity to upgrade to a brick outer course would be welcome)

Phase 3

Construction of roof using tiles.

Phase 4

To fit doors and window.

(Doors & Windows to be supplied by the council)

The Complete Project

All work is to be done in conjunction with EMBC for which the plans have been approved and will need to be passed off before payment of each section can be made.
