Market Engagement event: Dynamic Purchasing System for Estate Management Services

Nottinghamshire County Council's (NCC) Property and Estates Team are planning to develop a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to support them in the procurement of Estates Management Services including:

• Valuations - across property types and interests

• Acquisitions - across all property types and interests

• Landlord and Tenant issues including lease renewals, rent reviews, surrenders and break notices

• Disposals - sales and leases across all property types and interests

• Dilapidations - undertaking surveys / leading negotiations

• Estate Agency services

• Service Charges and claims

• Development consultancy and advice

• Specialist estate agency services e.g. agricultural properties

• Property Investment, Appraisal and Financial Advisory Services

• Planning consultancy services and follow up e.g. planning briefs

• Strategic asset management

• General advice

• Specialist advice

• Consultancy services to advise on maximising income from property and/or land

• Support to select development partners for development agreements

• CPO and acquisitions under the land compensation act

NCC's Property and Estates Team and Corporate Procurement colleagues would like to invite interested Suppliers to the event which will be held at County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7QP on Wednesday 17th July 13:30hrs - 15:00hrs.

The event will include a presentation regarding the DPS process and timescales. It will also be an opportunity to further discuss the scope of the DPS.
