TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF VILLIERS HOUSE LIFT REPLACEMENT

The University of West London has a number of sites in Ealing including campus at St Mary's Road which includes several interconnected buildings Paragon House a 12 storey building and Villiers House a 10 storey building where the works are to take place.

Villiers House is located at Ealing Broadway over the existing and new Station. It is planned to be vacated form 1 Jun-22 to allow the main works to be carried out but, there may also be a short period of 4 weeks beforehand where some enabling and soft-strip can be carried out.

The new Lifts are to replace the 'end of life' Passenger & Goods Lifts, the key elements are as follows:

• To strip out the end-of-life existing lifts, lift guides and machinery
• Supply and install new Passenger Lifts and Goods Lift to meet current standards
• Provide a Warranties with a 20 year guarantee.
