Sheffield City Council is looking to appoint a Behavioural Change Therapist for a period of 7 and a half months until the end of March 2022.
The programme is designed to support people with a number of barriers to employment. The successful provider will deliver a 1 to 1 service to support an individual who has been referred to the successful provider for between 4 and 8 weeks. The main aim of these sessions is to get the individuals much closer to employment than when they started these sessions.
