As per BC FIN-15-20-21, the MCA suspended face to face oral exams due to social distancing measures adopted by UKHSA guidelines at the start of the COVID pandemic. Since these measures were introduced, the Cognisco Online Examiners Hub was created which would address the issue of dealing with the backlog of Oral exams, resulting from COVID-19 lock-down.
