Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council are developing a Framework for the delivery of Early Intervention and Prevention services across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Service types will include information and advice, community support and hospital discharge or admission avoidance support where services support the agenda of the Care Act 2014 to reduce, prevent and delay the need for care and support. As part of the development of the Framework, Commissioners would like to engage with providers to outline the current approach and consult on the proposed lots and required outcomes. We are holding a Virtual Supplier Event via ZOOM on Monday 20th July 2020 with two slots available 11am and 2pm,
