Newtown Works, Scaffold for Brickwork Repairs

Scaffolding to enable the repair and alteration works to the existing masonry walls to the locomotive and engine sheds to facilitate the future development.

Additional information: At the time of the Tender Submission, the Employer has yet to fully secure the funding for these works, it is anticipated that confirmation of funding will be received during the course of the tender process however there is a risk that funding will not be obtained. The Contractor shall be deemed to have accepted this risk and accepted that there is no financial obligation from the Client or members of the Client team relating to this tender.
