The Trails Trust will work with 10 landowners/ land managers across different holdings to test how they can deliver access and biodiversity through land management plans at landscape scale whilst ensuring positive outcomes for people, nature recovery and farm operations. They will work with partners across the public and private sector to focus on payments and incentives within the schemes and how to incentivise private investment in the delivery of access as a public good. They will also develop a framework for an A&G Toolkit to assist participants accessing the schemes and testing ways of delivering advice.
