This project is for the provision of the new external disinfectant chemical storage facility and associated works only.
The provision of the new disinfectant chemical storage facility and associated works is to be let as a design and build contract. The Contractor shall act as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations. The Contractor is to provide the design, supply, installation/construction of all works as detailed in the Employer's requirements. The works shall include provision of all the necessary formal risk assessments required to ensure the disinfectant chemical storage facility meets with regulatory compliance.
