The Supplier to design and deliver Staff and Volunteer Surveys.

The deliverables from both survey's will include:

• a set of survey questions (based on the baseline / benchmark set)
• full, tabulated data from each survey
• Two reports (staff and volunteers) of the findings prepared in an accessible format to allow the HRA to publish findings
• presentation of the finding to the relevant HRA Teams and Boards.
