De Montfort University are looking to undertake the replacement of windows to the Portland building- to Newarke Close Elevation:
The works comprise of the replacement of the existing metal windows with double glazed powder coated windows. Associated works include the external cleaning of concrete sills, decoration of existing external window lintels and ornate fascia details, the removal, storage and re-fitting of curtains and blinds and the internal making good and decoration of window reveals, sills and heads.
