Wigan Council invites concession quotations from mobile catering concession vendors selling goods such as ice cream, hot food and drink goods, baked goods, confectionery and cold soft drinks in accordance with the service specification.
The following sites are available for interested applicants to submit a concession quotation. Tenderers can apply for one or more sites (i.e. one or more lots).
Lot 1 - Alexandra Park, Newtown, Wigan
Lot 2 - Ashfield Park, Standish, Wigan
Lot 3 - Astley St Park, Tyldesley
Lot 4 - Jubilee Park, Ashton
Lot 5 - Leyland Park, Hindley
Lot 6 - Walmsley Park, Ince
Lot 7 - Aspull Playing Fields, Woods Road Car Park, Aspull
The full Service Specification can be viewed in the Request for Quotation document, which can be viewed after registering an interest in this opportunity.
The initial contract period will be 24 months commencing 1st April 2021 and ending 31st March 2023 and will be extendable for a further period of 12 months.
The closing date for the submission of final tender bids is Thursday 18th March 2021 at 17:00.
