The Service is looking to procure courses that maintain, complement and broaden the current 2019-20 curriculum.
It is seeking to support two priority groups of residents (later referred to as 'learners'):
o Residents who are unemployed and looking for work.
o Residents in low paid work and seeking career progression (earning below ?16,009.50 annual gross salary and who would be eligible for full funding).
