ECO4 Flexible Eligibility Deliverer - Approved Installer List

ECO4 installers to develop, deliver and manage a holistic ECO4 Flexible Eligibility service for households in GM that incorporates:

• property identification, lead generation
• householder engagement, referral work with GMCA's statement of intent as published online (1st November).

-provide necessary documents to assist GMCA/GM LAs in the signing of the declaration form.

• assist in the submission of signed declaration form to Ofgem.
• PAS2035 compliant- Advice, Assessment, Retrofit Coordination and Evaluation
• supply chain engagement/procurement if appropriate
• contract administration/management
• provision of ECO4funding, sourcing and utilisation of these funds works Quality Assurance and delivery of works after install of ECO4 measures to notify Ofgem
• Post works client care.
