Herts FullStop (HFS) (the trading arm of Hertfordshire County Council) is the Contracting Authority, acting on behalf of the Participant, Hampshire County Council, is leading on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the supply of Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps & Sanitisers and is seeking suitably qualified Contractor(s) to supply the Goods under any Agreement resulting from this tendering exercise

This new framework for Cleaning Chemicals, Soaps and Sanitisers will be in the following lots -
The anticipated annual joint expenditure, for Herts Fullstop and the participating authority is presently circa 1.1 million GBP per annum, however the estimated annual range for all customers and all Lots is between ?850,000 and ?1.5 million GBP.
Please note there is NO guarantee of business to any individual Contractor awarded under this Framework agreement.
