We would like to invite bidders to compete providing costed quotations to undertake and complete required actions as per attached scope of works. Staff nursery is a large Victorian house located 27-29 Pond Street, NW3 2PN. Works to include Electrical, Fire Safety, water safety, gas safety, F-Gas compliance, security and safety and general items.

We are happy to answer any of your inquiries and/or organise for site visits.

All returns should be submitted on attached sheet.

All compliance tests and reports to be in line with relevant HTM and building regulations.
