Parking Enforcement & Operations

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames (the Council) are looking to appoint a supplier for the provision of Parking Enforcement & Operations services.\r

Services include:\r

• Civil Parking Enforcement\r
• Moving Traffic Enforcement, including provision of ANPR camera equipment, fixed and\r mobile\r
• Consideration of informal appeals, and support in consideration of formal representations\r
• Representing the Council at tribunals\r
• Customer Service, responding to complaints, supporting in responding to corporate\r complaints, Elected Member and Members of Parliament enquiries\r
• Operation of the off street parking estate\r
• Parking Permit Administration\r
• Bailiff and Debt Recovery\r

The proposed duration of the contract will be an initial term of seven (7) years with the option to extend the contract for up to a maximum of three (3) years.
