The contractor will provide 2 number accredited traffic control operatives and 2 number CSAS stewards. The staff will be deployed at Trent Park and Forty Hall and manage the vehicular movement of traffic seeking entrance to both public parks. The period of operation will be on the bank holiday period Friday 10th, Sunday 12th and Monday 13th April 2020.
The contractor will set out the agreed parking restrictions along Forty Hall, Old Forge Road, Cockfosters Road and any impacted street as deemed necessary.
The contractor will engage with drivers accessing the park and record on specified journey details to assist the council's overall emergency Covid 19 parks management strategy.
