Following the completion of stock condition surveys, common works for the Council's shopping parades within the Borough have been amalgamated.
The project will includes upgrading external lighting, replacing paving, resurfacing car parks and external decoration at the following shopping parades
1. Rockingham Road;
2. Studfall Avenue;
3. Pytchley Court;
4. Farmstead Road;
5. Greenhill Rise;
6. Gainsborough Road;
7. Burghley Drive;
8. Boden Close;
9. Daneholme; and
10. The Jamb.
Additional information: NOTE: Due to no suitable tenders being submitted in response to the Council's open procurement procedure, the Council has been unable to award the contract and has now utilised the use of a negotiated procedure without prior publication, as afforded under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (Section 32. (2) (a)).
