Brief Description of Requirement
This specification resource is for research into the appraisal methods for R&D projects, including case studies, that will support DSIT's ongoing activities to create R&D supplementary guidance. This will enable DSIT to deliver recommendation 4 of the David Willetts review into business cases, which recommends producing supplementary guidance for the Green Book to support assessment of science and technology business cases
