Historic England (HE) is seeking to commission a two-phase piece of work to deliver our Public Engagement and Communications Strategy:
o Phase 1: a swift piece of discovery to inform the shaping of our strategy, with draft strategic outline delivered by 3 April 2020.
o Phase 2 (subject to sign off of phase 1): fieldwork, engagement, strategy refinement, asset production and strategy launch by 15 June 2020.
