Provision of Employee Benefits for Health, Wealth and Wellbeing Framework

This framework shall have up to a maximum of 8 Suppliers who can meet the requirements of this specification. Suppliers shall provide a fully managed service through an online single sign on benefits platform that can deliver as a minimum the 8 Core Benefits listed below:

Core Benefits (Mandatory):

• Childcare Vouchers
• Car Leasing Scheme
• Technology and White Goods Scheme
• Cycle to Work Scheme
• Gym Membership
• Financial Wellbeing Schemes including financial education, savings and access to affordable loans
• Leisure and Retail Discounts Scheme including E Gift Cards/E Discount Codes.
• Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Additional Benefits (Non-Mandatory):

These shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Online Cycle Shop
• Total Rewards Statement
• Shared Cost Additional Voluntary Contribution Schemes (SCAVC's)
• Reward and Recognition Benefits
• Buying and Selling of Annual Leave
• Holiday Scheme
• Eyecare Scheme
