Award of a call off contract under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Mediation for residents of HMP Highpoint.
This course shall aim to provide the participants with the professional knowledge and skills necessary to practise effectively as RP Mediators. The course shall provide a combination of approaches consistent with internationally recognised adult learning styles, including formal lecture presentations with participant interaction, hand-outs and lecture notes, additional reading, small group discussions, skills demonstration by trainers, practice development through role play, practice reflection, and critical evaluation.
