Tenders are invited for the supply of Council Tax Single Person Discount (SPD) Review Services.
The successful Service Provider will be required to undertake:
⢠A risk based and intelligence driven bulk review of all Council Tax payers who are receiving a Single Person Discount (SPD) to check their eligibility;
⢠Ongoing reviews thereafter of SPD cases to check customers' ongoing eligibility for SPD and new SPDs coming into the caseload;
⢠A fully managed service with the successful Service Provider to access and update the Council Tax database (Capita's One Revenues & Benefits system), the Council's Document Management System (currently Northgate's Information@Work) and its Fraud Management Systems (Datatank's OPUS) with the results of review work undertaken.
