Invitation to Mini Compete (ITMC) - Brighton & Hove City Council is inviting tenderers to undertake a full survey of all of the external elements of the blocks including roof, windows, concrete, brickwork etc., and to prepare a full scope of works, drawings and details as necessary for a future capital works project to be tendered through the Councils framework of contractors.
The works are to comprise of but not limited to and subject to survey:
⢠Roof replacement with insulation
⢠Concrete repairs to all of block structure
⢠Replacement of windows and patio doors to flats
⢠Brickwork repairs or EWI
⢠Cavity Wall Insulation
⢠Replacement of common part windows (option)
⢠Replacement of handrails to balconies
⢠Recovering of balcony surfaces
⢠Replacement of rain water goods
⢠General repairs
⢠General redecorations
⢠General landscaping
