The works comprise the design, manufacture, supply, construction, installation, and commissioning of one replacement passenger/goods lift service. The existing lift is coming to the end of its useful life and has been assessed for full replacement with a modern MRL traction lift to bring this more in line with current standards and ensure future reliability, life expectancy and efficiency. The premises will remain occupied and open to the public during the course of the works on site.
