This notice is an opening up and extension of the previous Expression of Interest.
If you have already submitted an Expression of Interest, you do not need to resubmit an Expression of Interest again.

The Equality Reference Group is a 'team' of 'critical friends' for Devon County Council, drawn from the voluntary and community sector to represent the protected characteristics in the equality act 2010. The protected characteristics represented at ERG are:

This opportunity is for bidders to apply for the Protected Characteristics they wish to represent.
The procurement process is broken into two stages:
1) Expression of Interest - suppliers may submit an Expression of Interest for more than one Lot. The deadline to submit the Expression of Interest is 12:00 noon 17th June 2022 (Superseded - see comments above)
2) Request for Formal Quotation - only those suppliers who submit an Expression of Interest will be invited to submit a Bid.
