Literature review of the environmental impacts, risks and benefits of international floating offshore wind projects. Assessment of environmental impacts in relation to the technical design envelope of FLOW in English waters as agreed between Crown Estate and Industry. Assess and identify the worst case design scenarios for FLOW. Present potential mitigation measures for impact pathways identified. Identify evidence gaps and suggest further research areas.
