Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (NMDDC) would like to invite tenders from suitably experienced main contractors for the replacement of the existing oil-fired boiler heating system at Barcroft Community Centre with a new oil-fired boiler heating system.
In addition, this building and another building, 3-Ways Community Centre, have unsatisfactory Electrical Installation Condition Reports due to Category 2 faults. The appointed Contractor, as part of their works, will be required to remedy the Category 2 faults and any other relevant matters and provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports showing compliance with BS 7671:2018.
