The Standards and Testing Agency (STA) is looking to recruit a pool of Inclusion Experts with a range of specialisms to ensure that Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 national curriculum tests and professional Skills Tests in Literacy and Numeracy are inclusive and accessible for all. We are looking for experts with knowledge and expertise in Autism spectrum disorders, Behavioural development, Communication and language development (including dyslexia), English as an additional language, Hearing impairments, Visual impairments, and other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (including physical disabilities). Additionally, we are also looking to procure Representation and Diversity experts - representatives from, or people with a proven track record in advocating for any ethnicity, religious groups and groups with protected characteristics as set out in the Equality Act, 2010 (including LGBT, gender etc.).
