Rother District Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the second phase of refurbishment works at 18-40 Beeching Road , Bexhill on Sea . The works comprise of internal fit out works including Contractor's designed elements to include:

⢠Provision of internal floor finishes
⢠Installation of sanitary provision
⢠Installation of kitchenette provision
