City of Wolverhampton Council requires an organisation to deliver the cycle scheme as detailed. ATF3 funding and CRSTS funding has been granted for the provision of a cycle scheme along the A454 corridor which aims to connect Wolverhampton to Walsall. This work is part of the larger A454 corridor works and is a LTN 1/20 compliant design which has been approved by Transport for West Midlands Cycling and Walking team. The design is now complete and the construction requires delivery
