The Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service will provide evidence-based support to enable residents of East Sussex to make positive changes to their health related behaviours to improve their health and wellbeing. The service will form an integral part of the health and care system across the county and will include the provision of:

⢠Tier 2 adult weight management support
⢠Community NHS Health Checks
⢠Making Every Contact Counts training
