North Somerset Council is required to conduct the surveys on behalf of NHS England. We are looking for a supplier to work with us to delivery these surveys
They are postal surveys, posted to a sample of individuals, for self-completion. Both surveys are run to a detailed template including a reminder mailout to non-respondents
