Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites tenders from competent and experienced Suppliers for the supply, delivery, installation and removal of built and mobile stages, hired for various events that are held in the City of Leicester.
The Supplier will be required to be flexible, innovative and provide high quality outputs within tight timeframes and develop installation/removal plans for each event in collaboration with the Authority and any nominated partners and stakeholders as necessary.
There are seven Lots as follows:
Lot 1 Small Mobile Stages;
Lot 2 Medium Mobile Stages;
Lot 3 Large Mobile Stages;
Lot 4 Medium Mobile Stages with LED Screens;
Lot 5 Small Built Stages;
Lot 6 Medium Built Stages;
Lot 7 Indoor/Modula Stages.
The proposed contract will be for one year with options to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further four years.
