Sandwell Council's Holiday Activity and Food Programme (HAF) is seeking to appoint an experienced evaluation partner who can offer a creative and innovative approach, that explores and analyses the lived experiences of the children, families and other stakeholders of the programme in order that we can identify areas for development and improvement and capture the impact that the HAF programme may have had on the participants
