Account Based Ticketing - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Milton Keynes Council is exploring an account based solution for transport charging. The solution should be ITSO compliant, allow fare capping as well as replicating the existing smart ticketing solution.
The solution will need to be fully integrated with the existing CMS and user portal provided by Unicard.
We are seeking proposals that would allow for 'tokens' for bus, local rail, demand responsive transport and other modes such as ebike hire and escooter hire to be delivered.
While no solution for ticketing is entirely off the shelf we will be looking for an existing proven system, not a development project.
