SBS is seeking a supplier to be the Lead Provider for the Central Mersey Diabetic Eye Screening Programme.\
Thsi is a three year contract, involving acting as the single point of contact for the Central Mersey DESP, ensuring separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are in place between the lead provider and the community optometrists, for delivery of the provision of diabetic eye screening in line with the National DESP Service Specificationand paying the community optometry providers directly for activity delivered. \
