ecm_11496 Business Change Strategy Review

An independent review of the current approach to change management for the Synergy programme.

This review would be completed by an expert change management SME who will gather information and insights to:

• assess the Business change team's structure, outputs, capabilities, to support the business change challenges of the Synergy programme and how the business change and communications team work together.
• identify actionable recommendations in readiness for 2024.

The activities to assess the above will include a review of:

1. Deliverables associated with change management.

2. The current stakeholder and engagement strategies and how they're being delivered.

3. The communications and engagement activities and how they align with the different stakeholder groups.

4. How the Business change and comms and engagement teams work together.

5. How the Business change team is organised to meet the challenge of Synergy and its relationships with the 4 departments.

6. The change capability required within the workstream team in readiness for the start of 2024.

7. To determine the common understanding of Synergy's vision and the 'people' and 'technical' levers being deployed and how these align with the Programme aspirations informed by the level of ambition of the key sponsors.
