Maidensbridge Primary School - Re-roofing and Associated Works

The existing roof covering is subject to problems, water penetration and cannot be maintained effectively. A new roof covering will need to offer a permanent solution to the existing roof failure. The roof currently has an array of solar panels which will be removed and reinstated by a third party, access equipment for the third party will form park of this contract. The roofing solution selected must be aesthetically acceptable in the context of the buildings character and surrounding environment. Works to also include new ventilation for classrooms below the new roof covering
