The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) is seeking a contractor for repair works to carry out the Underpinning, Concrete Ground Beam & Reinforced Concrete Block Wall at Burness Close, Uxbridge, UB8 2PZ as described in the Excel document named Part 5 - Employers Requirements Pricing Schedule - Burness Close.
Works shall be carried out in occupation and should be completed within the timescale agreed in the JCT MW (MINOR WORKS) 2016 Contract with Amendments which will be Signed by both the Employer and the Contractor Prior to the commencement of works.
