The Environment Agency require a series of tests to be carried on samples of their stock of temporary defence barriers out in accordance with BS851188. These tests build upon the results of a previous set of tests carried out in November 2021 and have the desired outcome of better understanding the compliance of the organisations new temporary defence deployment methodology with BS851188. The results of the testing will inform the future method of temporary defence deployment adopted by the organisation.
