Oxfordshire County Council wishes to commission a single-person supported living service for someone with a learning disability and mental illness.
Providers are invited to quote for the provision of the service described at Appendix 1A - Service Description. The indicative start date for the contract is 5th October 2020; however, the occupation date for the property is not yet fixed. Occupation will be after the contract start date and will be decided in conjunction with the Service Provider to allow time for mobilization. There is a planned period of transition visits which could run concurrently with mobilization to allow time for the Service Provider to reach full staffing levels.
The indicative contract term is 13 months with an option to extend for a further 1 year, subject to variation depending on the number of hours that can be purchased within the limit of anticipated funding available for this service
