The Learning Management System, is the Council's system for the delivery of staff training.
The system provides an access point to Learning and Development within the organisation:
The system will provide:
•E-learning courses
•Facilitates the booking of face to face courses
•Facilitates the booking of live online events
•Provides access to mandatory compliance training
•Provides structured programmes of learning including Managing into the Future and the Competency Framework for Statutory Responsibilities
•Hosts the Kent Academy for the Adults and Children's Workforce
•Provides management information tools that enable the reporting of compliance across a range of agendas including mandatory training and CQC requirements.
The Contract term is for 2 years with no extension available.
