We need to provide facilities for the groups that currently use the site. The Scouts Group, the Bowling Club and the Playing Fields for the Parish Community at large. All facilities need to make provision for parking and access, including for deliveries. Consultants may expect to liaise with interested parties under the Chairmanship of the Parish Council, particularly during feasibility and scheme design stages. The development may need to be constructed in phased sections to meet funding available.
The Activity Center and Bowls Club will be replacement buildings with the Changing Rooms a brand new building on sites.

A detailed tender is attached. All tenders must be received by the closing date. Tenders to be submitted by post in triplicate to 33 Lakeland Close, Little Plumstead, NR13 5FF. All tenders have to be clearly marked with "TENDER" on the envelope.
