Facilities Management Procurement for non-PFI sites - NNUH

This tender covers the provision of Hard & Soft FM services for 5 sites which are not part of the main PFI project at NNUH. The sites covered are Cromer Hospital, Cotman Centre, Central Norwich Eye Clinic (Grove Road), Health Records Library (Francis Centre) and an administration hub in Rouen Road, Norwich. This contract will be let as one lot and not sub-divided. For the avoidance of doubt Catering for the Cromer Hospital Café will be separately tendered. The proposed term is 5 years with 2 x 1 year extensions.
