Ex Pov is a £10,000,000 7 year (84 months) programme that intends to procure technical assistance to provide research and evaluation to help DFID and its partners to better understand the changing nature of global extreme poverty and use this to deliver DFID's core business, supporting more effective strategies, policies and programmes for poverty reduction in particular in fragile and conflict-affected states and situations (FCAS).There is the possibility of a 42 month extension and/or up to £5,000,000.
