The Council is seeking to appoint a single Provider capable of Annually Maintaining, Servicing and Repairing approximately 152 Legacy Fixed Telephone Systems within Schools/Academies/Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) across the North East and who have a Service Level Agreement with Corporate Procurement. This Service will be required until such time BT switched off the old copper lines in 2025 and current end-users of this Legacy Equipment have had the opportunity to migrate Systems over to an Internet Protocol (IP) Solution.
