This award relates to the provision of specialist Equality and Inclusion accredited training and subject matter expert consultancy services.
The provider will be responsible for delivering accredited Level 4 training in respect of Equality and Inclusion Management and Leadership to Mid-Management levels within the Force. As well as providing expert consultancy to assist in the development and when required, delivery of a bespoke, sustained, and informed Continual Professional Development (CPD) training initiative for the whole force.
