Replace the Oak Doors at the exit to the East Chapel at Breakspear Crematorium

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBofH) is seeking a contractor for the Replace the Oak Doors at the exit to the East Chapel at Breakspear Crematorium that are beyond repair and at the end of their serviceable life

Template existing frame and door as required

• Off-site Manufacture pair of solid (English) oak doors and frames, similar to existing
• Polish door, frame and treat with Dulux Weathershield or similar for best match to existing
• Remove existing doors and hang new doors on solid brass hinges, with brass lock and 5 lever sash lock and brass lever handles
• Dispose of existing doors, frame and door furniture Issue as soon as possible 1 working week from issue given the nature of the works

Site visits to be pre-arranged.

Prospective contractors should carry out a site visit before quoting.
